Implants
Dental implants are versatile and today's standard of care to replace missing teeth. The implant mimics the root and the crown replaces the tooth portion that you see in your mouth. We offer dental implants to our patients to replace a single tooth, multiple teeth, and to support dentures.
Root Canal Therapy
Root Canal Therapy is a dental treatment for removing an infection from inside a tooth to prevent the tooth from having future infections after the nerve has been damaged. It is thought to be very painful, but it is actually a pain relieving procedure. The root canal is a hollow portion of the tooth that houses the nerves and blood vessels. During root canal therapy, the nerve and blood vessels are removed; the canal is disinfected and then filled and sealed off. When our patients are in pain, we do our best to provide them with the most calming atmosphere while we take them out of pain.
Teeth Whitening
A whiter smile can make you look and feel younger and we are happy to provide our patients with that service. Whitening agents are safe to use on teeth, but harmful to soft tissue and that is why we recommend in office whitening with a dental professional. We make sure our patients achieve their goals in the safest way possible, under our personal care.
Restorative Dentistry
We are an amalgam free office here at Broadway Dental. We only place tooth colored white fillings. And if the cavity is too extensive for a filling to repair, we offer full ceramic crowns made of zirconia or porcelain.
Dentures
Dentures are still a viable option to replace missing teeth, especially when a large number of teeth are missing. We offer different types of dentures to address the needs of different patients. Dentures can be made of all acrylic or metal with acrylic, they can be supported by teeth or completely by soft tissue. Every case is different and every patient must have options.
Invisalign
Invisalign is the world's most advanced clear aligner. It is the ideal choice for straighter teeth without the hassle of traditional metal braces. We offer a digital scan with our iTero three-dimensional scanner, so that our patients can see their smile transform on the screen in real time. Every patient will get a personalized treatment plan to address their maloclussion.
Veneers
Veneers are a great option to achieve a beautiful smile. They can be used to cover stained and misshapen teeth. Veneers are made of translucent life like porcelain that is bonded to the surface of natural teeth after they have been prepared by a dentist. We recommend having a model created to show our patients exactly what their new smile will look like before proceeding with the treatment.
3D Diagnostic Scans
We offer in house Cone Beam CT scans that produce three-dimensional images of the teeth and jaws. These images are used to plan implant surgeries as well as root canal therapy.
Periodontal Treatment
The foundation of a beautiful healthy smile is the bone and gums holding them in place. Plaque and tartar that cling on to the teeth cause inflammation of the gums and eventually lead to bone loss around the teeth. We offer regular cleanings, deep cleanings, and laser therapy to treat your gums and address our patient's needs.
Extractions
If a tooth is broken or damaged by extensive decay and is beyond repair, the tooth may need to be extracted. We recommend extracting the tooth and grafting the site in preparation for having an implant placed in the future. Wisdom teeth are recommended for extraction to prevent damage to adjacent teeth (due to impaction), inflammation / infection of the gums, and development of cysts.
